Refund and Returns Policy
Returns or exchanges
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery (see conditions), however shipping and restocking fees apply (see conditions). After 30 days, refunds and exchanges aren’t permitted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging (ex. with tags attached) and in the same condition as they were delivered.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email your request with order number and photos of any damage or defects (if applicable) to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and Moshari Studio reserves the right to decline any request.
You should receive an email within 5 business days with acceptance or rejection of the return or exchange. If return or exchange is accepted, this email will include instructions for how to return the item. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you still find no reply, forward the original message from your sent emails to email@example.com.
Once Moshari Studio receives and inspects returned items, purchasers should receive a confirmation email. No damaged items will be eligible for refund or exchange if that damage was not reported within 24 hours of confirmed receipt.
Refunds are processed using the charge card that was used for the original purchase, minus any shipping and restocking fees. Exchanges are charged for additional cost of shipping replacement items and a restocking fee. Failure to authorize shipping will result in no exchange item being fabricated or sent.
Damaged and/or defective items
Recipients must inspect items on delivery, record any defects or damage with a camera and send those images to Moshari Studio.
Damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery or exchanges will not be permitted. Damaged and/or defective items may only be exchanged for exactly the same item. All shipping for exchange of damaged or defective items is complementary.
Damaged or defective items that a purchaser returns (without exchange) are subject to shipping and restocking fees.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 30 days for a refund. If after 30 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check the account statement for your financial institution. If no transaction has posted, call your institution to verify how long it may take to process a refund.
Shipping and restocking fees
Purchasers are responsible for the cost of return shipping using the same service as was used to originally ship the item.
Restocking fees vary by item. For carpets and furniture, restocking fees are 15 percent of the full retail cost of the item.
Sale items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged.
Custom-made items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. However, damaged or defective custom-made items may be exchanged for the same item.
